Item Description

A seven night lodging any time, but recommended for either winter skiing or summer activities in Breckenridge, a family oriented community, located in the beautiful Ten Mile Valley among the Rocky Mountains of Summit County, CO.  (approximately 2 hours from Denver Internat’l Airport)

This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath, complete kitchen and garage condominium (limited to 8 persons, no children under 8 y.o.) located on a mountainside with a free shuttle to town and to the mountain slopes.  A majestic view of the Ten Mile range and sunsets dominates the scene from the unit.  The large picture shown is the view from the condo’s deck! The unit is located above 10,000 ft. and this altitude can bother a few people.  Donors will discuss this in detail with winning bidder.  (Steps can be taken to alleviate concern.)

Dates can be arranged throughout the year and can be coordinated to a variety of unique local events in this restored gold mining town.  A gold mine tour, rafting, trout fishing, mountain trail tours by Jeep, horseback trail rides,  western cook-out, biking, golf, in-town recreation center with swimming pool, on-mountain summer fun park, historical tours, local theater troupe, fine art galleries, shopping and a wide variety of restaurants are available.  Winter activities include: skiing, cross-country skiing, snow-shoeing, ice skating, Ski-doo tours and sleigh or dog sled rides.  Other unique local events through the year include an international ice sculpting contest, art and craft shows, an independent films festival and summer symphony concerts.

Tickets and fees for these entertainments, air travel and transportation (rented vehicle) are NOT included in the offered lodging.

Item Special Note
