A Physical Therapy consultation in conjunction with a complimentary 1 on 1 Pilates Session at Beyond Basics Physical Therapy. Founded by Amy Stein, a JCP parent, Beyond Basics Physical Therapy, has been providing integrated and individualized rehabilitation since 2003. Their highly specialized staff provides comprehensive care to patients with a variety of pelvic pain and orthopedic conditions.
Their staff evaluates and treats the underlying causes of pelvic pain and encourages active participation from patients during the healing process. They specialize in rehabilitation programs for treatment of pelvic floor pain and dysfunction, incontinence, post-prostatectomy care, pre-natal/post partum conditions, pediatric pelvic floor dysfunction, lymphedema , orthopedic injuries, and pilates rehab.
Beyond Basics offers private pilates sessions with a licensed physical therapist to ensure the safe return to exercise following rehabilitation.
