This spectacular day of exploration includes a private guided tour of the Museum’s newest special temporary exhibitions along with tickets to the Museum’s Space Show, IMAX, and all permanent exhibitions on view. The American Museum of Natural History has incredible new exhibits in store for you and your group! Your day at the museum will include Our Global Kitchen: Food, Nature, Culture plus one of the following fantastic presentations:

Our Global Kitchen: Food, Nature, Culture celebrates cultures and cooking, historic meals and markets, and moments in our lives that we mark with food—as well as the ingredients that we have discovered and shaped over the course of thousands of years.  As this spectacular exhibition takes visitors on a journey of growing, transporting, cooking, tasting, and celebrating, it also examines contemporary issues of environmental and human health, food security, feeding the world's growing population, and how we will eat in the future. 

Whales: Giants of the Deep explores the latest scientific research about these spectacular marine mammals, as well as the central role they have played for thousands of years in human cultures.  From the traditions of New Zealand’s Maori whale riders and the Kwakwaka’wakw peoples of the Pacific Northwest to the international whaling industry and the rise of laws protecting whales from commercial hunting, this highly interactive exhibition traces the close connections that humans and whales have shared for centuries.

 Frogs: A Chorus of Colors is an engaging, dynamic exhibition that features more than 200 live frogs, including ten species of colorful dart-poison frogs. This exhibition explores the diverse world of these complex amphibians by introducing visitors to their biology and evolution, their importance to ecosystems, and the threats they face in the wild.
