The home overlooks beautiful inlet canals on the bayside, where you can enjoy boating, fishing, crabbing, canoeing and kayaking, and is within walking distance of the large, uncrowded beach, where everyone gets a front row seat. You can swim, surf, waterski or do nothing but work on your tan.

This three bedroom, two bath house comfortably sleeps six with one queen size, two double and two single beds. There is also a queen-sized pullout sofa to accommodate two more guests. Your dog is welcome. Come on down to this premier, quiet, family resort town for some old fashioned fun at the beach. And leave the busy life at home.  

The South Bethany Area

South Bethany Beach is just 14 miles from Ocean City, Maryland, where you can enjoy one of the nation's "Top 10 Great Boardwalks" and amusements for the whole family. Splash to your heart's content in the Ocean City's water park, or revel in traditional attractions like the Ferris wheel, roller coaster, bumper cars, and an old fashioned carousel. For the more adventurous, zipline from 60 feet up over breathtaking views of bay and beach. If you want a quiet day of shopping instead, drive just 10 minutes to Rehoboth Beach, known for its quaint shops, boutiques, and eclectic restaurants. And for all you shopping warriors, Rehoboth is also home to Tanger Outlets, featuring over 400 name brand stores including Jones New York, Ann Taylor, Ralph Lauren Polo, J Crew, Kate Spade, and more. 

Item Special Note

The winning bidder may choose from any available week after August 31, 2013 through August 2014. However, dates must be confirmed with the rental agency no later than three weeks after the close of the auction and must not conflict with existing rental agreements for this property. At the start of the auction, available rental dates include anytime after August 31, 2013.

Linens are available from the rental company or you may provide your own. There is an outside shower for rinsing off after a trip to the beach. One pet dog and service dogs are welcome. No pets are allowed on the beach and strict leash laws exist within the community.
