Item Description
Receive an Ortho-Bionomy, Polarity or Swedish Massage therapy session of your choice from Douglas Reighley, L.M.T., R.P.P., at his office at 26 School St. in Yarmouth.
- Ortho-Bionomy therapy is a gentle, yet deeply effective form of body therapy which is used to reduce tension, improve structural alignment and restore well-being. The techniques are safe, simple, and comfortable. This technique is compatible with massage therapy.
- Polarity therapy is the living science of balancing the energy fields of the body and the healing art of revitalizing the life force. Polarity works on every level. Although the work is done on the physical body, there is no separation between the body, mind, emotions and spirit.
- Swedish massage is the systematic manual or mechanical manipulations of the soft tissues of the body for the purpose of promoting circulation of the blood and lymph, relaxation of the muscles, relief from pain, restoration of metabolic balance and other benefits both physical and mental.
Item Special Note
Session is not necessarily limited to one hour, but is based on individual needs and the time available. Shipping of item, if needed, is not included in bid price.
