Item Description
What could be more exhilarating than an afternoon of gorgeous mountain biking followed by an evening of the best of Argentine Asado and Scottish malt whiskey tasting? Meet at the Morehead's home in Woodside. Vans will take you and your bikes to the Windy Hill Open Space parking lot. From there, you will have three ride options, which vary in length and effort: Long, Short and None. For the None option, skip the hard work and come straight to the evening asado and whiskey tasting. Evening activities will include a full Argentine Asado featuring empanadas, beer pisco sours, grilled steaks, short ribs, sausages with chimichurri, chapa bread and malbec, dulce de leche flan and dulce de leche panqueques. Then, taste a selection of Scotland's most interesting malt whiskeys, including: Lagavulin, Talisker, Ardbeg and Laphroaig. A blind tasting of two iconic distilleries' various ages will help you find your preference.
