Item Description
Limoncello, served straight from the freezer in the evening following a sweltering Summer day, is comfortingly colder than ice, bursting in your mouth with the fresh, sweet optimism of Walking on Sunshine!
Your limoncello is not available to take home, this evening, as it will be made from the centerpiece decor lemons that are on our tables. This limoncello will be made from an adaptation of an Old World Italian DeCecco (pasta fame) recipe by SSFS parents Nikki & Jason Rosewag. The recipe has been passed down from generation to generation, and has been shared courtesy of Rose DeCecco Virgili, aka Nona (Jason's maternal grandmother - she's in her 90s).
A basket containing 2 bottles of homemade limoncello, a set of handpainted limoncello cordial glasses, and a small collection of recipes using limoncello will be be hand-delivered to your home approximately 40-50 days after the auction. JUST IN TIME FOR SUMMER (and walking on sunshine).
