Item Description
We invite 20 Pre-K students to join us for a celebration of twirls, bows, & fancy footwork on Sunday, April 28, 2013 from 3:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. in Pollman Hall. Professional ballroom dancer and TE-ECEC parent, Lisa Solomon, will introduce the children to basic dance steps and allow them to perform their newly acquired skills in front of a panel of judges. The gentleman will learn the proper way to ask a lady to dance, and the ladies will be taught to accept the invitation and follow along. After perfecting their curtsies & bows, the participants will receive an award. Top hats and tiaras will be provided and the dress code is "five year old fancy" ( dress shirt and slacks for boys, party dress or princess gowns for girls). A light snack will be provided for the dancers and supporters. Hosted by Randi McParlin, Jennifer Reed and Lisa Solomon.
