Use an alcohol-free Hydrosol based Toner is one of the most important steps in hydrating the skin and is often overlooked. Toning adjusts the pH of the skin back to normal, a critical step in keeping your face balanced and healthy. It also removes dirt particles left on the face, hydrates the skin and prepares it to receive further moisturizing.
