Item Description

You and your friends, young or old, can have 2 hours of fun, with IMPROV professional Mark Fraire!

"my work is about helping young people address the power of public speaking- addressing the three fears when "on" and the attention is focused on you- biologically that attention means Danger Danger and lots of times as you know, we freeze and can't make decisions.  It is my job to help teens hunt for ease, comfort, and joy in a very tumultuous time in their young lives."

"I use improv as a tool to help others hunt for ease, comfort, and play. We are all actors and the world is our stage. We deliberately practice activities that drive our desire to “do things right,” and to maybe even be the best. Every day we act- we act in meetings, we act at work, we act in relationships, and we act in public maybe differently than we act in private. BUT we all act; and great actors, athletes, and business leaders must practice their craft."

Item Special Note

Mark is presently the Grants Program and Services Specialist at Wisconsin Arts Board.  In addition, he is the assistant director at Children's Theatre of Madison.

Mark has experience as a Mentor-Coach at Grassroots Leadership College and as the Community Education Director at Milwaukee Repertory Theater
