Certificate is for a 6 night London hotel stay only.  Any deviations to the above mentioned award will result in additional monetary charges owed by the award recipient. 

Once your travel dates are submitted- Collette Vacations will book your hotel stay in one of their partner hotels.   Specific hotels are not given - all hotels are based on availability.  Request must be submitted 90 days in advance of traveling.

1. 3 Travel dates are required when submitting your request
2. Travel is subject to availability & travel restrictions
3. Certificate has no cash value & is non- transferable / non-endorsable / non-refundable
4. Certificate is not valid during black-out periods
5. Certificate can not be used as a deposit – it’s a final payment only
6. Original certificate must be remitted to Collette Vacations – no facsimiles or photocopies will be accepted
7. Value of certificate is for the hotel stay only – no changes can be made to certificate. If the total certificate is not used, no refund of difference will be offered.
8. Certificate is valid for new reservations only
9. Any certificate deemed null and void, even if previously redeemed, carries no cash value and the recipient will be responsible for paying the full cost of the booking prior to the departure.
10. Any changes to the reservation once booked are subject to change fees to be paid the by the recipient
