2007 Vigneti di Foscarino Soave ClassicoWhite Dry Wine Made from 100% hand-picked garganegna, Italys most planted white grape, this (compelling) one from the Veneto is loaded with iris, chamomile, minerals & almond & is lovely with seafood. 2010 il fait soif Red Wine Maxime Francois Laurent Ctes du Rhne 100% grenache from biodynamically farmed vineyards with an average vine age of 15-30 years. 2010 Friulano White Wine Villa Locatelli This shows delicious apple and melon fruit with briny minerality and fresh acidity. This is classic Friulano, raised entirely in stainless-steel tanks for freshness and focus. Pair with Prosciutto di San Daniele, barley and nettle soup, or garganelli with smoked ricotta. 2010 Fumanelli Corvina Blend Valpolicella Ruby red with hints of violet, bouquet of red fruits such as cherries and blackberries. Well balanced, optimum contrast between tannins, acidity and sweetness. A wine to be enjoyed on all occasions. Ideal as accompaniment to appetizers, soups and typical Mediterranean pasta dishes. 2010 Santa Julia Cabernet Sauvignon Mendoza "This Santa Julia Cabernet has notes of black pepper and blackcurrants whit soft tannins. It is a great match for rich casseroles, hearty stews and roasted beef." 2011 Damilano White Wine Langhe Arneis Un-oaked, fresh and clean with floral and sitrus aromas and flavors. Minerality and crisp acidity make for good pais with white sauce pastas and fish. 2011 Tenuta delle Terre Nere Etna Quite simply one of the most extraordinary ross you will taste; intense and concentrated, immense flavours of red cherry, peach skin, salt, nectarine and strawberry.
