Item Description
The business valuation is used as a tool in determining the fair market value of a business. Business valuations are used as tools for, estate planning ,sale of your business, partner buy outs, divorce, acquisitions and for general business planning allowing a business owner to be proactive and not reactive in the operation of their business.
A business valuation takes into account many factors with the most important being the sellers discretionary cash flow. The sellers discretionary cash flow is defined as those monies available to the owner after the necessary expenses of the business have been paid.
Once we have determined the sellers discretionary cash flow I will look at your Inventory, Furniture Fixtures and Equipment and then to regional comparables. In valuing a business I look at the past performance of the business taking a three year average in the valuation process. The process is always handled under the strictest of confidentiality.
The successful bidder will receive a full valuation report on their business from BOB CORTEZ OF CORPORATE INVESTMENT BUSINESS BROKERAGE LLC. A valuation will take up to two weeks to complete after the necessary information is provided to Corporate Investment Business Brokerage LLC for analysis.
