Radius Ensemble, winner of a 2013 CMA/ASCAP Award for Adventurous Programming, presents “grippingly gutsy” programs performed by “energetic and eclectic” musicians (Boston Musical Intelligencer, Boston Globe). A chamber music ensemble of winds, strings, and piano, Radius performs riveting new music alongside classical masterworks. Radius Ensemble will turn you on to the power of music by inviting you into the musical circle.
Directed by oboist Jennifer Montbach, BYSO ’91! Ensemble includes clarinetist Eran Egozy, BYSO ’90.
Join us for 2013-14 concert season at the Longy School of Music of Bard College in Harvard Square, where we are ensemble in residence. Concerts (4) are Saturdays at 8 pm: October 5, November 23, March 8 and May 3 at Longy’s Pickman Hall, 27 Garden Street, a short walk from the T and near countless restaurants.
Programs will be announced at radiusensemble.org in June 2013. Add your name to the mailing list at radiusensemble.org to receive our season brochure and email announcements.
