Improve your workplace environment and ethos with business consultant and published author, Hal Burton.

Hal Bolton is a retired business executive and consultant with extensive experience in catalyzing organizational and cultural transformation.

While stationed in Germany in the early post-World War II years, Hal was profoundly affected by devastation left in the wake of war. Subsequently, he traveled to many parts of the world advocating nonviolent solutions to conflicts. In Great Britain, he appeared on Scottish television and lectured to several audiences about a study on cultural change resulting from British Steel's closing of local steel mills. In Israel, he participated in Communities in Conflict, a study conducted in cooperation with Ben Gurion University in Beersheba. Here in the United States, he appeared on CBS television coverage of worker participation practices initiated in his manufacturing company in 1982. Throughout his travels and traditional business career, he has taken every opportunity to study metaphysics and healing arts with nontraditional teachers.

Hal is a regular KUNM listener and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Ohio University and a Master of Science degree from Carnegie Institute of Technology. In the area of civic activities, he has served on boards of nonprofit foundations, schools, professional organizations, and labor management committees. Currently he lives in Santa Fe, New Mexico, where he continues to blend practical with metaphysical considerations.
