Item Description
Ms. Pandolfo's third grade class was very inspired by the "Boston Strong" theme following the aftermath of Marathon Monday. They really rose to the occasion on Boston "Spirit Day" at Winn Brook and dressed up in Red Sox, Celtics, and other Boston themed gear. The class thought it would be great to continue to show our support. The design is made out of small pieces of magazine clippings that the students cut themselves. Half of the class cut out red pieces, while the other half cut out blue pieces. Three students searched for multi-colored clippings for the heart. We decided on blue and red for the sign in honor of both the Boston Red Sox and our nation's colors.
