The high bidder of this item will receive OWNERSHIP of this timeshare which will result in their having the use of this condo for three weeks every year. Weeks are determined by a calendar and change yearly so you get the chance to take vacations, or give weeks away, at various times throughout the year. Furthermore, you will be able to trade your Wapato Point weeks for other locations around the world (availability permitting).
Your condo has an outstanding waterfront view from of the banks of Lake Chelan. Two bedroom unit -- master bedroom w/ bath, 2nd bedroom 2 twin beds. Moorage included.
Wapato Point has seven outdoor pools, one with an outdoor hot tub, and one indoor pool. Wapato Point employs a full-time Recreation Director to plan fun and exciting events for all ages, and the Recreation Department can provide recreational equipment including basketballs, footballs, baseballs, soccer, shuffleboard, horseshoes and much more at no cost. There also is rental equipment including miniature golf, tennis racquets, sailboats, paddle boats, rowboats, canoes, fishing poles, bicycles, cross country skis and ice skates for their on-site winter skating rink.
