Jack Higgins won the Pulitzer Prize for Editorial Cartooning, 1989 and was a finalist in 1986. Numerous other awards.
Ink, pencil, white out on bristol. White appears to have been added by Higgins to create sea foam. Image area: 13.5" x 10.375". Matted in greenish black. Matted dimension: 17.5" x 14.5".
