Item Description

Get a taste of some of Chicago’s most exciting eats at this progressive dinner at each of JBF Outstanding Chef Award winner Paul Kahan’s acclaimed restaurants. The evening will begin at Avec with rustic, Mediterranean-inspired pre-dinner snacks served with wine pairings. Then it’s on to the Publican for a dinner of chef Brian Huston’s expertly executed, seasonal house favorites. To wrap up the perfect meal, you’ll stroll over to Blackbird and indulge in a decadent dessert in the Michelin-starred dining room. End the evening on the perfect note at the Violet Hour, where you’ll sip handcrafted cocktails inspired by the pre-Prohibition era in a beautiful salon setting.

Guests must be 21 years old. Includes one drink pairing per guest at the Publican and Avec, and two specialty cocktails per guest at the Violet Hour. Gratuity not included.
