About the Wandering Bull:
The Wandering Bull, LLC are suppliers of Native American Craft Supplies, Vintage and Antique Native Art with a focus on the Northeast Woodlands. Family owned and operated for over 40 years, we are located in Washington, NH.
The Wandering Bull, LLC was started by Paul (Wampanoag ancestry) and Harriett Bullock with a card table at powwows around 1969. With six children, four sets of bustles in a VW bus, and a love for our culture we never stopped growing. In the beginning we ran the business out of our basement and traveled to powwows to trade and dance. In 1982 oldest son Andy Bullock joined the business full time. We operated a retail store and warehouse in Attleboro, MA for over 20 years. In 2009 Chris and Carolyn Bullock took over the daily operations and moved The Wandering Bull north to the back side of Lovewell Mountain in beautiful Washington, NH. Andy and Chris are active crafters and have won multiple awards for their master craftsmanship. They have experience in many different craft techniques and bring that talent to both new and antique restoration projects. Chris and Carolyn, Andy, Paul and Harriett continue to attend many area powwows and Chris and Carolyn participate in French and Indian (1750s) war re-enactments. The Wandering Bull has a long relationship with Mt. Kearsarge Indian Museum from serving as Board members to volunteering to organize their annual powwow, and installing exhibits. We look forward to continuing to serve our customers both new and old for many years to come.
If you are visiting York Beach, Maine, stop by the Little Bull, the seasonal gift shop run by Chris' and Andy's brother Ed Bullock. Tell him we sent you!
