This recently restored farmhouse is situated in the heart of the Tuscan Wine region of Montepulciano and Montefollonico. The property has spectacular biews over the ancient towns of Montepulciano and Montefollonico. All bedrooms have ensuite marble bathrooms and fantastic views. Outside the villa there is large terrace with views over the vineyard, olive trees and rolling Tuscan hills.

The main farmhouse is a 200 year old restored stone buidling, with 3 floors. Covering 240 Square meters, the property easily accomodates 8 people. There is a fully fitted oak kitchen with American style Fridge/Freezer with ice dsipenser, cooker, hob and dishwasher.

This villa rests peacefully in an old Olive Cypress grove nestled in the rocks that over look Florence. This 17th century aristrocratic Florentine villa has been elegantly retored with traditional taste and contemporary comfort. Tuscan wooden beams, terracotta floors and antique furnishings compliment the history of the villa.
