Item Description
Enjoy this one of a kind stationery and calendar by local artist Glenna Crooks. The original strokes on each card were made on 12”x”18 rice paper using poem, koans, songs or haiku provided as inspiration by Alok Hsu Kwang at his Zen Calligraphy workshop. Glenna Crooks draws her inspiration from the belief of creating through non-doing which is said to arise from a state of mu-shin or no mind in which thought, emotions and expectations do not matter. This belief is reflected in the simple but elegant designs found in each card and calendar.
