Red Clover Inn is a gourmet, farm-to-table restaurant located in Mendon, VT (next to Killington).
Vermont is famous internationally as a food and dining destination, and Red Clover Inn & Restaurant and our local farm partners in turn showcase premier Vermont farm-to-table dining. We have a close relationship with our area farmers and purveyors, selecting from-the-farm fresh meats, produce, game and dairy products for Red Clover's seasonally inspired menus.
This certificate includes a three-course chef's tasting dinner for two as well as an overnight in their welcoming accommodations.
Beautifully restored and freshly decorated in 2009, Red Clover Inn accommodations feature a wide selection of lodging and bed & breakfast options with views of the surrounding hills and mountains. All rooms have a private bath and queen beds, and many have fireplaces and/or Jacuzzis. Stay in the restored 1840s Inn privately located on a secluded, country road just minutes from Killington and Pico. The Inn’s Great Room has a fireplace and mountain views, and is filled with games, books, a large flat screen TV/DVD player, a film library and ample space to gather.

The chef's tasting that we're including with this gift certificate package is a 3 course "chef's tasting menu," valued at $45 per person. Chef Colin will create each course (a starter, main and dessert) based on the seasonal offerings and what's available in the kitchen. Frequently the courses may be similar to the dishes on the menu, but with different seasonings or sides so Colin can be a bit more creative.
