Point Reyes National Seashore Association is proud to partner with our friends Ginny Erwin and Molica Anderson from the Marin Chiropractic and Nutrition Group of Novato to provide an individual nutrition, posture and movement assessment, complete with personalized meal, shopping and exercise plans to get you on the path to better health.
Your personalized health evaluation will start with a 2-hour nutrition assessment with registered dietician Ginny Erwin, who has been featured on NBC Chicago’s “Taste,” and worked with clients on health and nutrition issues including American Diabetes Association, American Heart Association, Goldman Sachs, Whole Foods, and Stonyfield Farms. Ginny will look at your health history, knowledge, and behavioral habits to create custom nutrition, meal and shopping plans to help you reach your health goals.
The second half of your personalized health evaluation will be a 2-hour assessment with registered chiropractor and movement specialist Dr. Molica Anderson. Molica will evaluate your posture and movement using a series of tests that help determine your functional movement ability and imbalances in your posture or other areas that may affect how you carry yourself or walk. She will help you identify any problem areas, and develop a custom stretching, exercise correction and relaxation plan that may even include a walk in the park --- good for the body, mind and soul!
This package is designed with the Healthy Parks, Healthy People campaign in mind. Healthy Parks, Healthy People is a National Park Service and Bay Area initiative working to reintegrate human, environmental and ecological health into the mission of public parks and public lands. Point Reyes National Seashore Association and the National Park Service at Point Reyes National Seashore are members of this community and encourage health through a number of programs including, but not limited to: the Point Reyes Trails Challenge, Point Reyes Field Institute classes, Point Reyes Summer Camp and School Programs, the Children’s Bird Count for Kids, volunteering and more.

This package includes:
A 2-hour nutrition assessment and meal shopping plan with registered dietician Ginny Erwin based on your evaluation.
A 2-hour posture and movement assessment with Dr. Molica Anderson, who will provide a custom stretching, exercise correction and relaxation plan based on your evaluation.
The highest bidder will schedule their evaluation with each specialist at the Marin Chiropractic and Nutrition Group of Novato based on availability. You can schedule your evaluations for the same day or separately. Follow-up or additional consultations are not included unless arranged with the specialist.
