The Downtown Women’s Center is auctioning off an exclusive on-set experience for the Avengers 2: Age of Ultron! As his personal guests, the winning bidder and a guest will meet writer/director Joss Whedon and visit the Avengers 2 set. Filming begins in London in Spring 2014 (airfare and accommodations not included). All auction proceeds go directly to the Downtown Women's Center.

Following e-mail notification of a winning bid, this item will be available for pick up in Los Angeles, or for shipment to the address of your choice. If special shipment of your item is required, shipping charges will apply and will be billed as a separate charge to your account. No refunds or exchanges. Certificates have no cash value.

To participate in the set visit you may be asked to present Marvel Studios (“Marvel”) with two forms of identification and must be able to complete the set visit as required by Marvel. A successful background/security check may be required before the experience can be fulfilled. There is not a specific film set in mind for the winner to visit, and the winner may be given some choices (determined by Marvel in its sole discretion) of filming dates and cities.

As shooting dates become scheduled and the time draws closer for your set visit a Marvel representative will contact you to finalize the arrangements in connection with the visit and all arrangements must be finalized 30 days prior to set visit.  Please keep in mind that the filming schedule can take a full day and that there is no guarantee that cast members will be present on day of filming.

Marvel will provide the winning bidder one (1) set visit only.  Additional expenses including but not limited to ground transportation, airfare, and accommodation costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser, as are meals, beverages, or any other item of a personal nature.

Marvel’s liability, release and confidentiality contracts must be signed prior to set visit.  Availability for set visit will be determined by Marvel in its sole discretion once shooting dates have been established.  If experience cannot be fulfilled, Marvel will provide alternative set visits based on Marvel’s availability in its sole discretion.  No personal cameras, cellular telephones or recording devices permitted at the set visit.  You agree, warrant and represent that you will not in any way advertise, promote, market, or utilize any of the Marvel controlled material or the talent's name, likeness, voice, photograph, signature or image in any manner, for any reason at any time without the prior written consent of Marvel and the talent, in the use of commercial sale, auction or exhibition.  Marvel is not responsible for any errors or omissions or for any warranties or guarantees either explicit or implied herein.  This experience does not include any items or services that are not detailed above.  Your participation in the auction constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
