Point Reyes National Seashore Association is proud to partner with our friends at the Aquarium of the Bay in San Francisco to raise awareness for our oceans and help raise critical funds to support our park by the sea. Grab eight friends and head down to Pier 39 to start your aquarium adventure which includes eight general admission tickets paired with an exclusive behind the scenes Feed the Sharks tour. Together you can explore the Aquarium's main exhibits to discover the distinctive ecosystems that support an incredible variety of marine life in and around the San Francisco Bay area. Your party will stroll through 300-feet of crystal clear tunnels featuring over 20,000 marine animals and have a chance to get up close and personal with marine life with a visit to the touch pools where you can feel a variety of sharks, rays, sea stars, and other sea life.
And, if this wasn't enough, you and your guests will also become Aquarium insiders with a behind the scenes pass to the Feed the Sharks Tour. Each of your guests will get a bucket of seafood to feed to sharks, rays, skates and other fishes in the Aquarium's 350,000 gallon offshore tunnel exhibit and get the opportunity to try their hand at aquatic biology, testing the pH and oxygen levels of San Francisco Bay water in the Aquarium's research lab. Your guide will also showcase less visited areas of the Aquarium including the baby jellies nursery and the skate grow-out and holding space.
