Item Description
The BTSA is a scientifically grounded, breakthrough application of Dr. Carl Jung's work in Typology. This assessment identifies how your brain prefers to process information. It also measures how much competency you have developed in the four different thinking styles, in addition to where you fall on the continuum of introversion/extraversion. Lastly, it measures which of the four thinking styles is your natural preference and whether or not you are "falsifyiA?ng type". Falsifying type means that you are leading with a competency that is not your natural preference. The ability to identify "falsification of type" is what sets the BTSA apart from other assessments such as the Myers-Briggs. Understand your strengths and weaknesses for optimum application of your energy at work or in your personal life.
After the assessment, you will receive a comprehensive report by email and then schedule a 1-hour feedback session with an Executive Coach.
Item Special Note
This session is valid until October 31, 2014.
