What could be better than spending a long weekend thinking, talking, making and eating food? The winner will join James Beard Award-winning cookbook author Deborah Krasner, CCP, during one of her three-day retreats of cooking, exploring great foods, and living the good life in southern Vermont.
During the day, you and the group will tour local farms and select locally grown organic ingredients. Later, in the kitchen as you learn to cook mouth-watering meals, Deborah will teach you tricks only the great chefs know.
At night, you will stay in Deborah’s renovated farmhouse/barn.
The offer covers all lodging and food and drink for one person in one room. However, the rooms have queen beds. If you would like to bring a friend with whom you are comfortable sharing a bed, then you two can split the price.

Award winning cookbook author, chef, teacher, and kitchen designer, Deborah Krasner has been sharing her knowledge for years. Her book, Good Meat, won the 2011 IACP Award and her 2003 book, The Flavors Of Olive Oil, won the prestigious James Beard award. She has written for many food and lifestyle magazines She has been teaching cooking for years and loves to share her knowledge with others.
