Item Description

Tickets for four to a wine and food pairing open house at Anasazi Fields winery on Saturday, December 21, 2013 from 3 to 7 p.m. plus life-time wine club memberships for four with two logo glasses and a wine corker for each (8 total glasses, 4 total wine corkers).

This open house is for our wine club members only and is not open to the public.  Several special wines will be available for tasting.  Appetizers by Mon Amis Personal Chefs.

Winner and three friends must attend event on December 21, 2013 or arrange for a special tasting with the winemaker.

ANASAZI FIELDS WINERY sits on the western edge of the old village of Placitas, New Mexico, between Albuquerque and Santa Fe. Orchards and vineyards surrounding the winery are watered by a spring-fed irrigation system that dates back over a thousand years to a time when the Anasazi people farmed the Placitas Valley.  Nearby are petroglyphs which we have reproduced on our wine labels.

At ANASAZI FIELDS WINERY we hand-craft dry table wines  from  fruits and berries other than grapes. Unlike most "fruit wines", our wines are NOT SWEET dessert wines.  Their delicious dryness makes them the perfect accompaniment to any meal.  Our wines, such as Plum wine, Apricot wine, Peach wine and Blackberry wine are crafted from local and other New Mexico fruits and berries.  We also produce several dry grape-based wines and an off-dry cranberry wine for the holiday season. All of the wines, except the cranberry, are aged on oak for two or more years before bottling.

More information on our wine club available at the website.
