The Stoughton Opera House, originally called the City Auditorium, first opened on February 22, 1901. It is one of the largest second story theaters in the Midwest. Beautifully restored with both Victorian and modern elements, intimate, and equipped with a sound system that all combine to make you feel like you're hearing music in someone's living room. This "crown jewel" of Stoughton (disabled-accessible) features music, comedy and theatre for all audiences and tastes.
