Tucked in Albuquerque’s historic downtown EDO neighborhood, the Artichoke Cafe has developed a reputation for great food and a commitment to our community and city.  It is a sensibility that translates into a warm and robust menu and an extraordinary dining experience.

The Artichoke Café menu is the result of a collaboration between Executive Chef Pat Keene and chefs de cuisine Christina Martinez and Casey Bower.  Chef Keene's French and Italian culinary training and Christina and Casey's use of innovative ingredients and techniques fuse to offer guests a contemporary twist on classic dishes. They agree that all great food starts with the freshest, finest, and, when possible, locally grown, ingredients.
