Deck the Halls with you and 99 of your closest friends! This package is the perfect way to prepare for and celebrate the holiday season. 

This holiday party package, valued at $5,000 and for 100 people, includes rental of two second floor rooms: the Members Lounge and Terrace (photos included here).

Also included are the following:

• Tables
• Chairs
• Ivory linens & napkins
• Bartender fees
• Set up and clean up fees

Food and Beverage Package:

• International Cheese Display
• Vegetarian Tray

Choice of 3 appetizers (100 pieces of each selection) from the following:  

• Smoked Chicken on Walnut Bread with Fig Spread
• Tomato Jam Crostini with Olive Tapenade 
• Herb Marinated Goat Cheese with Pear Relish on Brioche Crouton
• Pork or Vegetable Pot stickers with Soy Sauce 
• Crispy Vegetable Spring Rolls with Sweet Chili Sauce 
• Crispy Artichoke Hearts with Pesto Aioli 
• Spanakopita
• Parmesan Gougeres with Mornay Sauce 
• Mini Vegetable and Goat Cheese Focaccia Pizza 

• 2 drink tickets for each guest that may be used for: house wine, beer or cocktails, soda, juice, and sparkling water. The bar will remain at the event for the full 4 hours and will convert to a cash bar for guests who have used their drink tickets. Bartender Fees are included. 

Duration up to Four (4) Hours, Monday-Friday, Day or Evening

Please note, winning bidder is not required to use package soley as holiday party. Other celebrations are welcomed.

Addtional food and beverage outside of this package will be at an additional cost.

Winner of this package may make adjustments or substitutions however they may result in additional charges and must be preapproved by the Berkeley City Club

Julia Morgan's historic "little castle" offers a distinctly romantic ambiance from eras past. Its ornate moldings, high ceilings and arches, manicured courtyards and sweeping views of San Francisco make it an ideal setting for any event or celebration.

Item Special Note

Additional fees apply if guest attendance exceeds 100.

A payment plan is available consisting of a non-refundable 50% minimum down payment upon the auction's closing date of December 8, therefore credit cards will only be charged the 50% amount at that time.

Credit card will not be charged until after the auction has closed and winning bidder has given consent. 

Full payment would need to be received within 90 days of the auction's closing date, on or before March 8, 2014. This applies to either the buy now price or if you choose to bid and are the winning bidder.
