Item Description
Two lovely bottles of red wine from Tombstone Wine Works, one Tombstone Red and one Tombstone Gunslinger.
The Tombstone® Family of Wines started in 1982 with Bill Letarte's vision of a soft red that would satisfy any one's palate. Right there Tombstone Red® was born. Over the last 30+ years the Tombstone Brand of wines have grown to 10 unique and delightful wines ranging from blended masterpieces to single varietal and "port" styled wines.
Tombstone Red is made in the traditional Italian style of red and white wine blending. This wine retains a slight residual sweetness that makes it more approachable even by people that are not too fond of red wines. This wine is excellent with pasta and spicy foods. (Semi-Sweet Red Wine of Arizona)
Tombstone Gunslinger, 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grown primarily in Cochise County, Arizona with a small portion of the fruit coming from the Sonoita AVA. This wine is aged in American oak and has an excellent pepper flavor that is typical of Cochise County Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine pairs excellently with Steak and Portobello Mushrooms. (Dry Red Wine of Arizona)
