Located seven miles outside of Patagonia in Lake Patagonia Ranch Estates, this 18-acre, private retreat offers quiet seclusion, panoramic views, and peaceful solitude. Mountain vistas look into Mexico and sunsets are some of the most stunning in the Mountain Empire. A Room With a View also boasts easy access to birding, hiking, and boating. It's just minutes from Patagonia Lake State Park, which offers swimming, rental boats, pontoon birding tours, and fishing. Birding enthusiasts have been thrilled to see lifetime birds as they relax on the patio and the Elegant Trogon at Patagonia Lake.

Two beautifully furnished rooms are available in this charming Santa Fe ranch home. Each has a private bath and fully equipped kitchen. Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, utensil, towels, and linens are supplied. One room has a king bed with two sitting chairs; the other a queen bed with two sitting chair and two director chairs. TV/VCR combos are in each room. Both rooms enjoy a grand view of the distant valley of Sonora, Mexico.

Amenities
Two rooms are available; each offers a private bath. One room has a king size bed and two comfort chairs; the other has a queen size bed with two comfort chairs and two director’s chairs. Both rooms are completely private with their own fully furnished kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils, storage containers) with stove, refrigerator, microwave, garbage disposal, toaster, coffee maker, teakettle, sugar, flour, salt, pepper, tea and coffee bags. Each room has a dining table with 2 chairs. All linens are provided. The rooms have central heating and air conditioning & ceiling fans. A Weber gas grill is available for outdoor cooking.

New! Each room has a beautiful electric faux fireplace providing comfort and ambiance on chilly nights.

Both rooms have received rave reviews for their lovely furnishings. Guests seem to thrive on the great mountain vistas looking into Mexico, and the rural peace and quiet.

Food is not provided on site; however, there are many excellent restaurants within a half-hour drive. For those who enjoy preparing something themselves, we are confident that you will find everything you need to prepare a delicious meal in each room’s kitchen.

Rooms are smoke free (one is also animal free.) TV/VCR combos are provided in the rooms; however, we only get Mexican stations (While, most visitors enjoy their time away from the TV; we do have a limited tape library for rainy days.) Messages and local phone service are available in the main house.

There are dogs on the premises that are friendly and easygoing. They will probably greet you in the driveway.

Rates
The rooms are designed for one or two people. (A roll away bed is available for a 3rd person for an additional fee of $20 per night). Pets are allowed for an additional $10 per pet per visit.

One night is $100. Two or more nights are $90 per night. $550 per week. $1800 per month.

A 50% deposit is required for stays of 2 or more nights. Prices are subject to change. Call to verify rates. Checks and cash are accepted. There are no sales tax charges.
