One full week of half-day summer camp 2014

Weekly activities include gymnastics (vault, bars beam, floor, and trampolines), arts and crafts, story time and playing games like shipwreck and master relay races. Facilities feature a gigantic foam pit and indoor rock climbing wall. There is a low child to instructor ratio to ensure safety.

Gift Certificate is valid through Summer 2014 and is non-transferable.

- REQUIRED FORMS : Each camper must present a summer camp registration form, a parent medical form, and our medical form filled out by the doctor. The forms can be found on any page of our website under the blue star button that says "Summer Camp Registration Form". They forms can be faxed, emailed to (info@nycelite.com)(specifiy location in subject of email), or mailed to the gym. They must be turned in before the child can attend camp.

- Children must be at least 3 years old and fully potty trained to attend half day camp.
- Morning snack and juice are provided for all campers by NYC Elite.
- Campers should wear leotards or loose/comfortable clothing to camp. No jeans allowed!

CANCELLATION POLICY :

IF YOU CANCEL TWO WEEKS BEFORE YOUR CHILD'S START DATE, THE PAYMENT IS REFUNDABLE. IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN THE TWO WEEKS BEFORE YOUR START DATE, WE MUST FILL YOUR CHILD'S SPOT IN ORDER TO OFFER A REFUND. THERE ARE NO MAKE-UPS FOR CAMP.

Gift certificate will be available for pick up from our storage unit on 43rd and 11th Avenue in Manhattan. Details will be emailed at the close of the auction. If you are unable to pick up your item we would be happy to ship it. $4.95 fee will apply.
