Item Description

Enjoy this Unique Hawaiian Indoor and Outdoor Activity Package--includes four guest passes and two film passes to the Honolulu Museum of Art and a one-year family membership to the Hawai'i Nature Center!

The Honolulu Museum of Art is dedicated to the collection, preservation, interpretation, and teaching of the visual arts, and the presentation of exhibitions, films and videos, performing arts, and public programs specifically relevant to Hawaii’s ethnically diverse community.

Founded in 1927, the Honolulu Museum of Art is Hawai‘i’s largest private presenter of visual arts programs, with an internationally recognized collection of more than 50,000 works spanning 5,000 years. In addition, film and concert programs, lectures, art classes and workshops make the museum the city’s cultural hub.

The 280-seat Doris Duke Theatre screens independent, documentary, and international film and video, and a popular series of lectures, performances and concerts by world-famous visiting artists and the finest local performers.
The theater was named in honor of Doris Duke, who was a generous philanthropist and supporter of Islamic art and culture, jazz and other music and performing arts.

Since its inception in 1981, more than 850,000 children and adults have participated in environmental education programs at the Hawai’i Nature Center. Located on the islands of Oahu and Maui, the Hawaii Nature Center features programs at various field sites throughout the islands. These include the Makiki Valley Watershed, Pu‘u ‘Ualaka‘a State Park, Honouliuli National Wildlife Refuge, and Pouhala Marsh on Oahu–and also ’Iao Valley and Kealia Pond on Maui.

When you join the Hawai’i Nature Center you are investing in the future of Hawai’i through education of children. Your membership helps fund programs for 15,000 students a year.  The one-year Family Membership includes HNC newsletters and advance notices on activities and discount offers on hikes, classes, nature adventures, birthday parties and inter-session day camps.
