Since 1927, the courses that are now part of National Golf Management Company (NGM) have been at the forefront of the golf industry's most active destination golf market. That's when the Myrtle Beach area's very first golf resort opened (Ocean Forest Country Club, known today as Pine Lakes Country Club), followed in 1971 by the development of the first multi-course daily fee facility in the Southeast - the Arnold Palmer-designed Myrtle Beach National, featuring 54 holes. From those humble beginnings 85 years ago, our assets have continued to grow and succeed in one of America’s most competitive golf markets - now as part of a company that owns and/or manages 22 highly successful golf facilities, and is affiliated with 17 condominium resorts. We specialize in resort destination markets, as well as key feeder markets, that originate tee times and room nights for those destinations.

We offer our clients an expert team of highly experienced professionals with broad experience in managing and marketing golf course and resort facilities. Because we are owners ourselves, we understand the critical elements in delivering profitability and return on investment to our clients. Much of our success can be attributed to our marketing expertise and use of technology to drive sales and revenue. We possess one of the largest privately owned databases of daily-fee golfers in the world, and have participated in the development of technology that allows golfers to plan, reserve and consume our inventory of tee times and room nights via the Internet through multiple channels, giving us a huge competitive advantage no matter what destination or origination market we are asked to consider.

Handling: GSHH will charge a $4.10 handling, packaging, and processing fee for all items.

Shipping: We review the weight and value for all lots by shipping location to determine the shipping charge.

Special Pick-Up of items at GSHH Regional Offices can be made to avoid shipping charge only. You must notify administrator within 24 hours of winning bid notification to avoid shipping charges.  No Exceptions please.

Items will be shipped within 14 days of successful payment processing.
