Chef Lata and Harry Root of Grassroots Wine will work together to create a delicious multiple-course menu featuring the best local products and seasonal ingredients, paired with wine from FIG’s extensive list featuring small-production winemakers.

Four-week advanced notice required for FIG certificate redemption; dates are subject to chef and staff availability; this event is not available during Spoleto Fesitval USA. FIG certificate expires February 1, 2015; dinner menu selected by FIG with consideration given to any food allergies or preferences.
