Dorian Baroni is an executive coach, leadership programs and retreats faculty, and organizational advisor. Her business experience has spanned a variety of industries - investment banking, global energy, consumer goods and art retail - and a number of countries - UK, US, Venezuela, Italy, Belgium.

One of her core beliefs is that a leader's individual journey towards wholeness is critical to addressing today's global challenges. And as a business woman, she is also particularly passionate about the role and power of feminine leadership to support the evolution of global mindsets, social systems and models of economic impact.

The work of leading - in your life or in business - can at times be a challenging journey of growth and change. It is natural for it to feel that way, and it helps to have an advisor during the more intense moments of transition.

Her focus is to be there to provide a strategic other viewpoint, to see patterns that you may be missing, to challenge and encourage your own discovery through a guided leadership learning plan.

The sessions will start with a get-to-know each other session where Dorian will help you clarify your core intentions for the year ahead – both in your professional and your personal spheres, so that we can use that directionality as our share ‘north star’, adjusting as needed to support you along the path. This will also help you fully embrace the dilemmas and choices facing you as you stay true to your own intentions.

Through phone and in-person sessions you will have Dorian as a thinking partner with whom to inquire into and reveal underlying patterns of operating that support your success as well as those that get in the way of your full potential. Restricting patterns undermine your capacity to have what you say you really want in work and life. Coaching is not therapy. It is focused on your future aspirations and you take on practices that exercise, strengthen and expand your ability to achieve your desired outcomes going forward. If past is reviewed in the session, it is only in service of assessing where you are in your journey towards fulfilling your future intentions.

In organizational life, it is important to distinguish between the operations of the organization and the human dynamics which either enable or undermine those operations (and therefore individual and collective goals and objectives). With Dorian's coaching, by focusing on the human dynamics in yourself and those between yourself and colleagues, you will become more effective within your sphere of influence.
