Item Description
This GHS after school class, run by The Good School co-founders Laura and Emily, explores the world of stop motion animation through claymation, abstract animation, and 2D and 3D techniques. Students learn fine art skills while working together to create a series of animated short films. Watch how ridiculous cute their work is!
GHS filmmakers will become versed in Dragon Frame Stop Motion--the animating software the pros used to make ParaNorman, Wallace and Grommit, and Nightmare before Christmas--and will finish the term with a work of art fit for any portfolio.
