(CWA) is a CPA firm providing comprehensive business planning, personal financial planning, accounting and tax services to over 1,400 dental clients in 48 states, of which over 200 of these dentists are Orthodontists.  We see ourselves as the CFO to your personal and dental finances and we gladly work with all of your advisors to determine that they are working in your best interest. ,The initial consult is really the beginning of the entire financial planning process and will cover at least some, if not all, of the following:

 Tax planning strategies Corporate entity structure

 Management & restructuring of educational, personal & consumer debt, Review of investment portfolio

, Insurance coverage

 Estate planning review, if applicable
, Analysis of other critical issues defined by the client

,We will provide recommendations to either continue or change any or all of the above mentioned categories.  These recommendations will be discussed throughout the course of your full-day consultation and will separately be provided to you in the form of a written transcript.

,The recommendations will have one purpose: helping you to most efficiently achieve the goals you set for yourself and your business.  A follow up phone conference is scheduled to discuss the transcript and action items.  For two months, CWA will work hand-in-hand with you to implement the new strategies and changes to your plan discussed during the initial consultation.
