Comida del altiplano central de México. An afternoon dinner party for 5 families hosted by Coco's parents - Gitane Royce and David Tricamo. Bring your family and spend an afternoon dining al fresco on culinary specialties of the Central Highlands of Mexico. We will cook up traditional specialties (learned from a recent trip to San Miguel de Allende) from the Central Highlands of Mexico: chilies en nogada, mole, enchiladas verde, beans & rice, and a selection of salsas and guacamole. Of course, margaritas and agua fresca will be served! This dinner party is appropriate for vegetarians and kids since the selection of food will be plentiful!
