2) Private tour and tasting at Arista Winery followed by lunch at the winery by Arista’s Chef Tim Kaufers:

You and your friends (up to 6 people total) will be greeted by Arista Winery’s owner, Mark McWilliams, and be treated to a private tour and tasting of the winery’s 36-acre, Westside Road estate.  See first - hand the extreme level of dedication and commitment that goes into planting and farming world class Pinot Noir and Chardonnay as you walk the estate vineyards with your host.

After the vineyard tour, you’ll walk the winery’s gardens with Chef Tim Kaulfers and learn what’s in season, what he’s using, and how he manages the winery’s organic gardens and orchard.  You’ll be able to hand pick many of the ingredients that chef will use at lunch.

Following the garden tour you and your friends will be treated to a 5-course lunch paired with Arista’s wines and produce from the gardens. This is a unique opportunity that very few get to experience!

3) Visit to the Mauritson Family Winery and tasting plus a special tour of the Rockpile vineyards

Since 1868, the Mauritson family has been growing grapes in the Dry Creek Valley. Our great-great-grandfather S.P. Hallengren, a grape growing pioneer in the Rockpile region, first planted vines in 1884.

Our family currently manages 230 vineyard acres spread across the Dry Creek Valley, Alexander Valley and Rockpile Appellations. Today, our family has come full circle, producing boutique wines that showcase our unique vineyard sites. We specialize in Zinfandel, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon and single-vineyard Rockpile wines.

Rockpile Adventure - You and a guest will meet your personal winery host at our tasting room in the heart of Dry Creek Valley. Begin your wine country experience by sipping our crisp Sauvignon Blanc while exploring our production facility and meeting the winemaking team. Discover your next adventure as you wind your way from the winery to the top of the historic Rockpile Ridge Vineyard. Enjoy the breathtaking views from the heart of the vineyard by foot or by our SUV.

4) You will be treated to a four-course dinner for 2 at Charlie Palmer's Dry Creek Kitchen Restaurant located in Hotel Healdsburg.

Charlie Palmer’s Dry Creek Kitchen takes advantage of its prized location off the town’s historical Spanish-style plaza with warm, minimalistic design, vaulted ceilings, and towering floral arrangements.  In warmer months, guests can enjoy wine country al fresco dining on the terrace or cozy up by a crackling fireplace on chilly Sonoma nights.

Under the direction of Chef de Cuisine Dustin Valette, a Sonoma County native who grew up in rural kinship with area farmers, the kitchen excels at sourcing and showing off its regional ingredient diversity in dishes like Scallop En Croute with spring onion fondue, celeriac bacon, chardonnay beurre “vert,” and Liberty Duck Breast with pinot noir-braised cabbage, scarlet turnips, and pearl onions. Located at the center of three richly producing wine areas—Russian River, Dry Creek and Alexander Valleys—you can experience the region abundance even further in the neighborhood vineyard and food pairings. Dry Creek Kitchen offers international sophistication mixed with small town personality.

Charlie Palmer's Dry Creek Kitchen certificate expires 3/30/15. Valid Sunday - Thursday, excludes blackout dates and holidays. Tax and gratuity not included. Reservations required at least two week in advance.
