Item Description
Is there a PBS student who hasnt been to Camp Galileo? I suppose some of the ELCers might not be old enough, but anyone else? If your child hasnt been to Camp Galileo, ask the person standing next to you how great it is. And it is great. The children have fun. They learn things. They get exercise. They build and paint and draw and invent a whole bunch of stuff that you will have to carry home on the last day of camp. Galileo calls the camps, imagination-sparking programs, and with two daughters and about two dozen sessions attended, I believe that is an accurate description. Camp Galileo (pre-K-5th grade), Galileo Summer Quest (5th-8th graders) and Chabot Space & Science Camp (3rd-7th graders). Locations throughout the Bay Area. Extended care from 8am-6pm. Optional healthy lunch program. Good through Summer 2014 season at a camp where space is available.
Item Special Note
Good through 2014 summer season for any camp where space is available.
