The villa inspired by the beauty that surrounds it, is nestled into the cliffs overlooking the blue green waters of Manzanillo Bay and the Pacific Ocean. This unique Mediterranean villa boasts approximately 11,000 square feet of marble floors to domed ceilings, marble terraces, lush gardens and a magnificent pool area. Spanning three levels that showcase breathtaking vistas from all main living areas, there is even an elevator for your convenience.
Large open arches in the living room and dining room look towards the pool area with a palapa, wet bar, gardens and the sparkling Pacific Ocean. Focal point of the pool area is the extended deck, suspended over the green area and rugged coastline. A perfect vantage point to enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets while listening to the soothing sounds of the surf.
The master suite of pink marble with a wrap around terrace, encompasses 1000 square feet. A perfect hideaway,with a king size bed complete with sitting room, music, television and views of the ocean. The ensuite master bath area includes a seven foot marble jacuzzi tub and large shower, both under a skylight and looking out over the Pacific.
In addition to the sumptuous master suite, there is a VIP suite with a sitting area, ensuite bath and garden. Plus, three other bedrooms, two of which have both private terraces and ensuite baths. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and you have the option of enjoying tropical breezes or air conditioning.
All water to the house is purified.
A trained staff, including an excellent cook and bilingual chauffer/houseman, are there to pamper you from the moment you arrive at the airport.
When you wish to leave your private paradise, you are free to enjoy the amenities of La Punta which include a secluded beach with pool and clubhouse and four lighted tennis courts.
