This stunningly beautiful line of kitchen cutlery by Kershaw includes a 8" chef's knife, 6" utility knife and 3-1/2" paring knife and features the look and benefit of Damascus steel, yet without its rusting problems. The Damascus-look blade profile reduces sticking and results in less damage to the food being cut and faster prep times.
VG-10 stainless steel is clad with 16 layers of SUS410 high-carbon stainless steel on each side, producing a rust-free Damascus style. It holds an incredibly sharp edge longer for easier maintenance. The black PakkaWood handles are specifically designed for premium applications.
Incorporated in 1949 by Shurei Izuo and expanded by his son, Keo, Izuo Brothers, Limited is in its third generation and is located in beautiful Honolulu, Hawaii. Today, they are the largest stocking distributor of recreational fishing tackle and sporting goods in the Pacific and their clients include most major national department store chains as well as independent fishing tackle and sporting goods retailers in Hawaii and throughout the Pacific.
