Always Wanted to Brew Your Own Beer?
You and a friend will attend a hands-on brewing class for beginners. Together you will select a standard recipe (stout, porter, red ale, kolsch, hefeweizen, blond ale, brown ale, belgian wit, pale ale, or amber ale), brew five gallons of beer (48 bottles), and, after four weeks of fermenting, return to bottle and label your handiwork.
