Each Power Sculpt Fitness™ class provides a variety of sequenced intervals to keep you motivated, challenged & focused.

Every major muscle group will be engaged using exercises that are dynamic and effective as you incinerate calories! Located at 3148 N. Lincoln Ave., Chicago.

Class credits give you ultimate flexibility! Our schedule offers Express classes (20-30 min) as well as Full-Length classes (45-60 min). 1 credit = Express class & 2 credits = Full-Length class. e.g., 20 credits = 10 Full-Length classes - check out the Spring Schedule (3/25-6/9)

Strength repetitions focused on endurance and definition will adequately fatigue one area of the body as you quickly move on to bursts of cardio training. By keeping active throughout your entire workout, you maximize calorie burn and minimize downtime. You will safely train your muscles to go beyond their comfort zone so results will come quicker and your time exercising will be more effective. Our method of metabolic training is focused, fast and will give you that continuous burn!

Sessions will include core training to tone and tighten your midsection while helping to keep your lower back strong and prevent injury. A yoga cool down and stretch will lengthen and elongate your muscles as you relax your mind.
