- First Class paid upgrades or mileage plan upgrades are allowed
- Stopovers and connections are allowed (subject to fare rules)
- Standard baggage fees apply
- Individual travel taxes may apply
- Once ticketed, routing and name changes not allowed
- Certificate is void if bartered or sold
- If lost, certificate may not be reissued
- Call for reservations and allow 2 weeks from time of reservation and your flight
- Original letter must be submitted
