Item Description
With a Flavour Cooking School demonstration class, their talented chefs show the entire menu preparation step by step in their intimate teaching kitchen. Students are provided recipes to take notes and write comments as they watch and learn the important details of culinary techniques, ingredient choices, equipment selection and meal timing. Classes are small and interactive, and students are encouraged to ask questions. This class style is their most popular as the chef is able to demonstrate, beginning to end, all of the critical steps of meal preparation. Students are able to focus intently on the techniques and take detailed notes for later, at-home use.

Advance registration is required. Space is limited and availability is first come/first serve basis. Coupon must be presented at time of registration, is good only for any $50 class and may not be applied towards other classes. Must be used between May and July, 2014.
